NASCAR — Where to Watch

NASCAR is the most American of the major motorsport championships, and its international rights are correspondingly thin. In the United States it is a mainstream property with a long season and a large television audience. Outside the United States it is a niche import that appears as one line in a sports package, or as one of several championships bundled into a motorsport tier alongside MotoGP and rally.

That gives the international viewer a strange choice: the coverage exists, but it is rarely sold on its own, and it is almost never free.

CountryWho shows itFree option
United States HBO Max carries NASCAR inside its B/R Sports hub, which HBO Max now states is included at no extra cost — it used to be a paid add-on. Fubo also lists NASCAR among the sports on its channel packages. None confirmed. Our research did not confirm which US broadcast or cable networks carry the live races week to week, so we are not naming any.
Canada DAZN Canada carries NASCAR under its motorsport rights, which include the NASCAR Euro Series. DAZN Canada is one of the few markets where DAZN is a broad rights holder rather than a football-only service. None confirmed.
Spain DAZN España includes NASCAR in its Motor plan at €19.99 a month, alongside full Formula 1, MotoGP and WorldSBK. None confirmed.
Portugal Sport TV carries NASCAR, from €24.99 a month. It is one of the rights Sport TV keeps when MotoGP and WorldSBK move to DAZN in January 2027. None confirmed.
South Korea Coupang Play carries NASCAR. It is free with advertising for Coupang members, or ₩12,400 a month for Wow members and ₩19,300 for non-members; an ad-free pass costs ₩3,900 more. NASCAR sits behind the paid tiers, so the free-with-ads Coupang offer does not cover it.
Malaysia & South-East Asia SPOTV NOW, sold in eight markets. Its Malaysian Ultra annual plan at MYR 115.90 includes NASCAR together with MotoGP, WorldSBK and Formula E. None confirmed.
Bulgaria Max Sport, which is sold to A1 television customers. None confirmed.
Elsewhere None confirmed. We found no citable source for the rights holder in the UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia, Japan, India or South Africa. None confirmed.

Can you watch it free?

Not that we could confirm, anywhere. NASCAR appears in this guide as a paid product in every market where we could identify a rights holder. That is a genuine finding rather than a gap in the research: unlike Formula 1, NASCAR does not have a set of listed-event protections in Europe, because it does not race in Europe.

The nearest thing to a cheap route is the bundling. In Malaysia the SPOTV NOW annual plan works out at under MYR 10 a month for NASCAR plus MotoGP, WorldSBK and Formula E; the same is true of DAZN’s Motor plan in Spain, which is the widest single-package motorsport offer we found in Europe.

The US answer is not as simple as guides make it look. NASCAR is a mainstream American sport, and most pages that list it simply name a broadcast network and move on. Our own research confirmed the streaming homes — HBO Max’s B/R Sports hub and Fubo — but not the weekly television arrangement, so we have deliberately left that blank rather than repeat something we could not check. If you are in the US and need the exact channel, use an official NASCAR listing.

The cheapest legal route

Where can I watch NASCAR in the United States?
The confirmed streaming home is the B/R Sports hub inside HBO Max, which HBO Max now states is included at no extra cost. Fubo also lists NASCAR in its channel packages. We could not confirm the weekly television arrangement, so we are not naming a broadcast network.
Is NASCAR available in the UK or Europe?
Not through a British or Irish broadcaster that we could confirm. The European routes are DAZN’s Motor plan in Spain, Sport TV in Portugal and SPOTV NOW in South-East Asia, all of which carry it as one part of a wider motorsport package.
Is NASCAR free anywhere?
None that we could verify. NASCAR is a paid product in every market where we could identify a rights holder. Unlike Formula 1 and MotoGP, it does not benefit from European listed-events rules, because it does not race in Europe.
What is the NASCAR Euro Series?
A European championship run under the NASCAR name. It is not the American Cup Series, and it is a separate rights deal — DAZN Canada lists it alongside its other motorsport coverage.
