Darts — Where to Watch
Darts is the thinnest sport on this site, and it is fair to say so at the start. The professional year is built around a handful of big events owned by a single governing body, and those events are sold as a package rather than one at a time. So in most countries darts has no channel and no subscription of its own — it is a line inside a general sports package. That makes it easy to list wrongly and hard to check.
Below is what we could confirm from sources we can cite. Where a country is missing, it is because we could not confirm who holds the rights there, not because nothing is on.

Can you watch it free?
There is exactly one free route we can confirm, and it is a genuine one rather than a workaround. DAZN runs a permanent free tier in many of its markets: a free account, an email address and no card, and the company is explicit that it is not a time-limited trial. Among the free channels it lists is a PDC Darts channel.
Two limits are worth knowing before you count on it. The first is that it is a channel, not the whole calendar — exactly which events appear on it changes. The second is that DAZN’s free tier is not offered everywhere, so what is free in Germany may not be free where you are. Check your local DAZN storefront before assuming.
The cheapest legal route
- Where the DAZN free tier is offered. Nothing, with a free account. Start here.
- One session in the UK. A NOW day pass at £14.99 gives 24 hours of the Sky Sports channels without a contract, which is the cheapest way to watch a single session on Sky.
- Netherlands. Viaplay’s Basis tier is the cheaper of its two plans, but it carries advertising.
- Germany and Austria. Darts sits inside the general DAZN packages, so it is only worth buying if you want the football as well.
One warning about the whole sport: because darts rarely has a deal of its own, its availability follows whatever the general sports package happens to hold that season. Anything you read about darts rights — including this page — should be checked against the current season.
